We have the capacity to provide organisers with this basic infrastructure, as well as furniture, electrical and carpet requirements. We have undertaken and completed work for many of Africa’s largest exhibitions. EXHIBITION DESIGN AND FLOOR PLANS
Our design library includes templates of all the major venue floorplans in South Africa.
We have executed projects in all the major venues and also possess the capability to construct a temporary venue or additional outside venues for overflow exhibitors.
Our design team has expert knowledge on the constraints of the local venues and how to create a floorplan that ensures the maximum utilisation of space and traffic flow.

ONLINE EXHIBITORS ORDERING PLATFORM
Our technology partner has developed this Exhibition specific, online ordering platform across the last 9 years. The online ordering platform enables the exhibitor to place, pay and manage online orders that would normally be managed via an email process and printed or emailed Exhibitor Brochure.
The platform can be managed by GL events South Africa as a full-turnkey solution, or managed by the Organiser with the support of GL events. The platform allows the loading of price lists and stock components of multiple suppliers and also includes layout plan functions for the stand set-up.
The platform also facilitates easier communication in terms of, out of stock items, and recons on elements with outstanding payments.
